Shipping & Returns

Every order here is placed and fulfilled through our Etsy shop, so the policies below are exactly what applies at checkout on Etsy — nothing on this page overrides or differs from it.

Shipping

Orders ship from Hamburg, NJ. Shipping a shorter distance is kinder to the planet, so we ship as locally as we can.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of around $5.40 per item on most listings. The neck scarf and vest ship free, given their higher value and weight. Any order totaling $35 or more ships free shop-wide, regardless of what's in it.

Delivery typically takes about 1–2 weeks from when the order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange terms depend on what you've ordered — they aren't the same across the whole shop.

Small, everyday accessories — hair ties, scrunchies, earrings, the hair bow, the bag charm/ribbon, and the hat — can be exchanged within 14 days. The buyer covers return shipping, and if the item comes back in anything less than its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the resulting loss in value.

One-of-a-kind larger pieces — the neck scarf, the vest, and by extension the custom Baska — are cut from a single, limited run of yardage, so returns and exchanges aren't accepted on these. If something's wrong with the order, reach out directly and it'll get sorted out.
